Pro subscriptions
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you haven't used the AI Tutor or booked a mentor session in that period.
Mentor sessions
Cancel up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Marketplace purchases
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is corrupted or materially different from its description.
How to request
Email us from the address on your account and reference your Razorpay payment ID. Refunds process within 5–7 business days.
